NO SPOILERS - Good Luck Don't Die Have Fun - Currently on Prime (2026)
(Made in 2025, Rated R, Runtime is 2 hours and 15 minutes)Well, this is another wild ride along the lines of Bullet Train and Everything Everywhere All At Once. It's a sci-fi with a time-based story, different enough to feel fresh. There are some parts that feel predictable and some of the deaths seem senseless but do fit the story and the main characters experience. There is a bit of violence and some parts may disturb young viewers but it's a movie that you could watch more than once to pick up on things you may have missed, so you could pre-screen for teenagers. I do feel that it's more for adults and teenagers may not appreciate their portrayal.
There are some risqué parts although brief, nudity but comical and not human. Although it was a long movie, it didn't feel like it dragged on or had unnecessary parts. It does jump back and forth a bit in the storytelling due to the characters backstory so that sometimes felt a bit disjointed but still followable. I think they probably cut a lot out of the story to condense it, it's not noticeable but some areas and characters could have been expanded upon. It does have a conclusion but also leaves room for a sequel.
My only warning would be the reference to school shootings and how that may affect some people. If you have experienced this or had family members experience this, it may cause some distress.
Definitely worth watching if you like something a bit edgy, an interesting story and like this genre of storytelling. More for adults and mature teenagers with some cautions.
